Ryan Given
Owner, Designer, Developer
Design has always been a passion for Ryan Given. While attending Bay Village High School in Ohio, Ryan had a unique opportunity to learn AutoCad drafting software to create 2-D and 3-D diagrams. This early introduction into design inspired Ryan to seek an education and a career in graphic and web design. Ryan attended Kent State University and received an undergraduate degree in Visual Communication Design. To learn more about business, and how he could help businesses grow, he enrolled in a graduate program at The University of Phoenix and graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Ryan enjoys working with a diverse range of clients from start-ups to well established businesses.

Chris Smashe’s experience in local and national keyword and phrase targeting for businesses is exceptional. Chis, a former Marine in the U.S. military, was brought on the team to add to the broad reach of services Studio RTP offers. Working directly with the copywriter and design and development team, Chris can help establish a winning content strategy that gets our client’s businesses found in Internet searches results. What good is a website that looks great if it can’t be discovered? Having Chris’ tremendous experience on the team helps our clients get the return on investment they deserve. Before becoming a full-time writer, Kate Van Dis taught ten years of high school English and Creative Writing, an experience that taught her all of the grammar she thought she learned in college. Kate’s clients represent a diverse range of industries – from educational nonprofits to building contractors and high-end salons. Her favorite part about copywriting is researching a new industry and writing about it like an expert. She holds a BA in English and Creative Writing from the University of Michigan and a Masters in Teaching from the University of North Carolina. She is also an award-winning fiction writer. Kate's writing skills and eclectic interests combine to create a fresh, creative voice for your website or blog.
